if your name check is clear, then push may work. If name check is still pending, then seems WOM is the only option for now. Writing to First Lady used to work out for some luck one, and now it doesn't work.

use infopass(make copy of your infopass for evidence since they will take one when you go there) or inquire USCIS to find out your name check status
