NIW结婚请教

请问大侠，如果小弟 以NIW申请绿卡，在递交哪一个文件之前，和国内女友结婚，最后就可以一起拿到绿卡？是140 还是485？如果是Perm是否一样？请大家不吝赐教。拜谢。
