第一,他提出的给不给签证的条件不合法. B1/B2 签证在法律上没要求你不能申请绿卡.

第二, 大使馆没权利要求移民局拒绝你的申请, 除非他们有充分的正当理由. 移民局拒绝你的申请也需要遵从一定法律程序, 明确指出你那一条不符合法定的申请条件. 大使馆没有法律依据的要求, 不成其为拒绝你的申请的原因.他不是在面试,而是在以欺骗的手法恐吓.
