WOM or Waiting more, Question for Donkeyroad

Donkeyroad, my wife's i-485 has been pending upon NC clear for almost one year. We filed together in January 2007 and mine was approved after 10 months. We have contacted FL, senator, congressman's office. No help so far.

Do you think if we have a solid ground to file WOM?
