could you please explain more about what you mean it is a big problem? My perm and I-140 did say my position is full time. Now I do not work at all only because my H1-B is expired and I am waiting for my EAD approval. Once my EAD is approved, I will resume the full-time position immediately. My company can prove that. Do you think this situation will jepordize my Green Card application? If so, is there a way to resolve it? Thanks.
