When you hand-in 485 in new position, even Eb1a/NIW, it's advised to handin an employment verification letter to show that you are currently working in the field you claimed. This will eliminate possible RFE related to job when IO processes your 485.

You also have to update your corresponding address to make sure you receive any documents properly.
