请教xiaobaitu and Pjiang

EB1b(OR) approved in Sep. 2005, PD is Mar.2005. I-485 pending since April 2005, interviewed at local CIS in Jan, 2007 and did 2nd FP the same day, I-485 still pending because NC not cleared, Contacted FL, FBI, Department of Jusutice, congressmen and Senators, no use, NC still pending.

want to file 2nd I-485 based on my approved EB2(NIW) and get a new A# to try my luck, how do you think? maybe it's useless and waste money, maybe it will vialate the immigration regulation, but I really cannot think of a good idea .
