我觉得应该有办法的 - 回复：急问:cpt的过渡

我几年前在毕业前找到工作，在同一家公司全职工作，做过CPT，OPT，H1B的这个过程。我的公司比较好说话，除了offer letter以外，还给我出具了办CPT的信，其中有开始日期和结束日期，及学期结束的日期，同时也是我毕业的日期。

你的情况，建议你请公司出具一封信，说明从几月几日起雇佣你 full time internship. "The internship will ends on 05/XX/2008, or upon the approval of the EAD card (OPT) by USCIS, whichever is earlier, and XXX will continue to work for our company as full time employee."

如果公司还是不同意，说不是internship，而是full-time employee，就试试看让他们这么写：
“We are going to hire XXX from 02/01/2008 and work 40 hours a week. We understand that XXX may work under full Time CPT from 02/01/2008, and the CPT will end on 05/XX/2008 (the end of spring semester). And after that date, we are going to continue to hire him as full time employee, as long as he/she has got the EAD (CPT) issued by USCIS. His pay rate is... His job title is..."
我觉着凭着这样一封信，学校应该不会拒绝给你办CPT的。
