What should I do?

今天被擂， effective date 是月底，离今天只有六天，我是H-1。
有些问题想请教大家：
1。如果我在下个月找到工作，我可否transfer H-1.
2。如果转成其它身份，或者需要花一段时间找到工作，我是否必须回国签证
3。如果 out of status (月底以后) 回国，再签证入美国是否很困难？
