NSC NIW case -- be careful for policy change!

I got REF today from my lawyer (Sep 2006 sub, NIW, NSC), and it seemed NSC now are very strict on NIW:

MY case:

PhD small university USA
Postdoc Yale Univ
30+ publications (20+ first author, journal includes Nature)
Reviewer for three journals
Citations not many (20)
Awards and PI for three projects
Membership of several professional societies

REF for more citation after the petition and explain "why not go through labor certification process since now it is quick!"
