请问这里的大侠们，关于485的birth Certificate一定需要公证吗？

现在在国内办出生证明。在485的官网上要求的是birth certification，具体查了一下，是需要有你出生纪录的单位出具证明信。我可以找到出生的医院和派出所签字证明，并出具中英文文件。

这种情况还需要公正中心来证明吗？公证中心除了证明证明信是证明信，并没有提供任何信息。
