Just got the call from AUSA about my WOM case

I filed the WOM case to push forward the name check of my EB-2 application.
My priority date is
9/27/2005. Unfortunately the PD moved back to January 1st, 2003. I got the
call from the lawyer of AUSA
this morning. She said because the PD is not current, so the court cannot do
anything. She suggested that
we hold the case till the end of January to see what will happen, otherwise
she will file the Motion to
Dismiss. It seems that I have to accept the suggestion.

The current situation seems very bad for WOM case filers.

Any suggestions?
