Thank you for valuable comments. My lawyer helped me file the I-140, but I think his cover letter is not good one. My researches focus on nanomaterials as catalyst for fuel cell and gas sensor. Some of my works are funded by department of homeland security and US air force. They should be national in scope. However, they cannot provide any letter for me due to security reasons. This is why I want to draft a cover letter by myself if I need a cover letter for submission of additional evidence.
