问经验人士，如何填回签H4 ..D156和D157

在美呆三年一直H4没回国…不知如何填D156..跟去时有些不同了..
26项:how long do u intend to stay in the us? (按i797上的日期写么?)
27项 What is the Purpose of your Trip?(我是填visiting么? 我能填studying么?..因本人现在一所学校读书,这会有什么麻烦?..)
另..D157表.让填地址的地方..地址太长..格不够..回车再打也打不上..怎么办?
因我们是485 pending..我是用LG的SSN和驾照copy?..还是我本人的..因为我也有这些和EAD(没使用过)了..
问得哆嗦..真在糊涂ing..
