回复：renew AP用提交I94 back copy吗

I hadn't used my AP yet. So only has I94 from last entry and one I797 extension approval notice for H1B. Since I797 is more recent approval for my current status compared to I94 on my passport, I just wonder if there is a need to provide the back copy of that I94. Thanks
