急问 AP 回美国的问题

各位大侠：

我的I485正在pending,我有AP，但没有EAD，HB1正在续延。如果用AP出国到墨西哥，或是回中国，再次入境有什么问题吗？有些律师说这样不行，有更好的方案吗？
