It needs visa to get on the US airplane

xiaobaitu is right.
some country is fine with transit tourists.
But US is not.
I have been rejected by US airline in Tokyo airport. I got in Japan without visa. But I was not able to fly Vancouver via Seattle without US visa.
It was a big hassle for me because it happened in the middle of the trip.
