请教PJANG老师AP进出关的问题

We are going back to China next week to visit, here are some qustions to ask on the way back to US:
When I'm leaving the Beijing airport, what do I show the Chinese custom: Original AP and Passport?
When in Chicago airport: Do I still need to fill out a regular I-94 card? Do you know if they have a special counter for AP holders? Should I just provide AP, passport and I-140/I-485 notice copies? I filed both concurrently in Aug 2007.
