My friend got welcome notice, while he does not receive card yet. Can he work with welcome notice?
- In practice I think yes.
---Any information he can find will be appreciated.

--How had he been working, prior to GC approval? He should work as before unless he is looking for a new employer w/o EAD, in which case it becomes an issue .
----He worked with h1 so far and will be expired soon.Any more advice will be appreciated.
