In my opinion,Once you sent your I485 to USCIS,you declared that you had intention to immigrate to USA.That means your TN Visa renew never be approved.But now you renewed your TN Visa sucessfully after your I485 submision,that means you did not tell the truth when you submitted you TN Visa renewal application to USCIS.You new TN Visa is illegal.
