in my case, I got my response letter after 1 month

I mailed out letter, then 3 weeks later, I got my I 485 APPROVED... I knew my case was stuck before because of name check...so I guess the name check cleared just before the online status shows "card production order"?

not quite sure though, I never investigated exactly when my name check got cleared
