1040 - regular one
1040NR - for non resident

The tax treaty will only show on 1040NR (including EZ, a simplified version), not 1040.

1040A is a simplified version of 1040, which does not give you an option to apply treaty.

If the treaty does not show on W-2, which means IRS does not know it.
