请帮忙，I-485批准已半年，拿不到卡！！！

I-485批准已半年，拿不到卡！！！
Infopass and call 已三次,收到了六封批准信。
上月因想回国Infopass请求护照盖章，IO 却作了一个服务请求，请求加快处理.
今天很惊讶收到一份来信,请求传真加快的支持文件。
叩拜各位，我不知他们要何文件？
