因为Alternative Chargeability 只限制主申请人引用“Follow-to-Join”的配偶的出生国的配额。楼主的太太如果现在递 I-485或已有绿卡 ，就不是“Follow-to-Join”。
楼主要在 Cover Letter 上注明“Alternative Chargeability to Taiwan”。
