各位达人请指教， 实在不愿和LD生死两茫茫

情况在前两天的帖子里已经提过了，简单的讲就是我的H4身份因LD公司的疏忽并没有帮转，我的F2身份实际已经在8月31日丢失，从9月1号至今我都是out of status这两天才意识到这个问题，请原谅我们的无知。

打了N多电话咨询的结果是有两条路可走：
1.立即离境，再重新签H4过来。被拒的可能性也会有，当然也可能被check。至于check以后的后果谁都不知道

2.在美国国内递交I-539，通过移民局慢慢境内调整身份，但因为过程漫长，如果3个月后的结果是被否决，那我的下场会很惨。（不太清楚，那么就没有status会不会被驱逐）

昨天一天都在忙订机票的事，到了晚上开始打美国驻上海大使馆的签证预约电话，很不幸的得知签证预约已经排到了1月25日。我们不想等那么久，所以想到了去加拿大签。

请大牛分析去加拿大签的可行性和风险性好吗？
