找独立推荐人很难，联系了几个引用文章的或者要求reprints，不是没回信就是这样的回信，"I know nothing about you, other than you authored a very interesting paper. It would be wrong for me to endorse your green card application".

如果没有独立推荐人，申请NIW 胜算几率多大？
