My son age out? XBT, Pjiang and other XDJM please help

My son reached his 21 on 10/20/2007

my 140 (NIW) was approved on 07/15/2005, PD 05/20/05, pending time 55 days

we filed our 485 on 08/25/2005 when my son was 19

visa number is available for us when we filed our 485, (visa bulletin: 08/05 C, 09/05 C)

visa number is not available for us from 10/05 – 05/07

visa number is available for us again from 06/07 – 11/07 except for 08/07

please could you tell me if my son age out for his 485, thank you very much.
