怎样获得I-485 receipt notice

My situation is that my I-140 was approved before filing I-485. After I filed I-485, I switched the job within 180 days. As a result, my ex-employer's lawyers have my I-485 receipt notice.

It appears that I need the copy of this I-485 receipt if I want to file EAD extension (already received my EAD card, waiting for my AP). Does anyone know how to get a copy of this receipt without going through my ex-employer's lawyers?
