Xiaobaitu, some questions about I-485 pending, please help.

I have some questions about my pending I-485, can you help to
answer them:

My case is EB3, I-140 approved, I-485 pending. I have got my EAD and AP too.

1. If I change jobs after I-485 pending 180 days, do I have to file
AC21? What is the reqirement for that?

2. Can I work for another company as part-time while still work
full-time for current employer as H1B? does it mean that my H1B is
lost?

3. I got married before I filed I-485, but we didn't file I-485
together. Can I file her application any time when my I-485 is
pending?
