F2身份失效，H4还没办下来，我是不是已经黑了？还有救吗，请教各位大牛！！！

LD的公司真的很皮包，当时LD的公司给他办H1的时候和我们说H4是dependentH1的，只要LD的H1办好了，我的身份就会自动转成H4了，所以我们就认为材料什么时候交都可以，所以LD的身份在十月份已经从F1转成H1了，而我实际上在十月一号已经从F2到什么身份都没有，这个事实是到昨天才意识到的。也就是说我现在的状态很可能是非法滞留。。。。

请问各位大牛这件事还有挽回的余地吗？还是就此我的身份就会黑下去了，现在抱怨谁都没有用，只想找出解决的办法。。。。。
