我上个月托议员帮我问的485背景调查说是name check clear,但是今天又收到移民局fingerprint notice,says "To continue processing your application, USCIS must send your fingerprints to the FBI for a criminal history check. 这到底是怎么回事呀？不是name check clear 了吗？大家帮帮忙．
