What documents needed to go back China with AP

I have EAD, AP, and already started using EAD to work.

I will go back to China and use AP to come back to US.

Question: What document I need to have with me for the trip? Passport, AP, anything else. Do I need to take the old H1B approval notice, or I-94 (which one).
