移民路上一大步：2006年11月递到TSC的485今天收到批准通知了

移民路上第一步，今天收到DFLC位于Dallas的BEC发来的一封信

 移民路上又一步，PD 3/25/04 RIR EB2的I-140终于在TSC批了

关于本人485递交后的H-1B延期
坛子里曾讨论过，原以为像我这样H-1B六年几乎用尽，而I-140批准又逾一年的可能
无法再延期了，可公司在TEXAS的移民律师很有把握的说没有问题，可一直延到current LCA valid date。果然，9/7/2007 递的，CSC，加快，9/15/2007就批了。

第1个H-1B：07/30/2001 - 12/01/2003
第2个H-1B：02/05/2004 - 12/01/2006
第3个H-1B：10/30/2006 - 09/30/2007
第4个H-1B：10/01/2007 - 09/15/2009

在日本待了8年, 到美国又待了8年，期间还办过加拿大移民，还考了雅思，从小到
大都在与各国移民机关打交道，为在留资格，为身份，为签证，为移民分数，为劳
工证，为永久居留权而奋斗，有时觉得很有意思，有时又觉得很无聊，也很无奈。

我和LP都是谨小慎微的人，赴美8载，始终为身份没有搞定而不敢大展拳脚。今年夏
天485递交180天后才终于鼓起勇气签下了第一个购房合同。新房，single family
house, 近1800英尺，4房2.5浴，硅谷中心，交通购物方便，小学进步很快，API 已
过850了。69万拿下的。

前后左右的邻居们，大都是亚裔(华人，印度人，越南人，韩国人)工程师，第一次买房，据说很多都还没有搞定绿卡的。
