the notice have a list for the additional required material. the vo did not check any of them, except the item "other", he/she wrote one word "extension".

so, i was a little bit confused and just worried about whether we made any misunderstand for the information on the i-94 forms, but we did not make a copy for that.

I do have a question, can vo in beijing embassy check the i-94 information for every visa application?
