皮匠等大师：Urgent help needed

原本打算这周日用AP回国，昨晚突然收到485补件的Email通知，具体补什么不知道。恐怕要等两三天才能收到信。跪求建议：
1.因为一直在name check中，是否意味NC已过？
2.当初体检时唯恐TB阳性，就直接做了胸透。也注明了TB阳性。是否是这项检查出了差错？
3.因为下月的排期倒退，又把我的CASE画到了线外，是否值得机票延期等把这事了了再休假？ 八年没回家了，极度痛苦中。
