急问 - 从未交过485，但是H1的批准上有个A#

今天收到H1延期的批准，发现上面有个9位的‘A#’。我检查了一下律师的申请材料，发现在petition上面有一栏‘A#’，律师填了这个数字。问题是我从来没有申请过485（140也刚刚交上），以前的H1批准上也没有A#，现在律师凭空造出来一个，会是大问题吗？请高人指点该怎么办？
