AP pending(submit september)

my lawyer filled I-140, I-145, EAD, and Advanced parol last september (2003) to Texus center, but so far, only EAD approved. I checked the processing date website, i-140 was june or july 2003, but why my Advanced parol still pending?? anyone has the similar experience?
