SUB: Requesting your kind assistance in expedite of FBI Name Check for I-485 Application Adjustment

After many years of painful waiting, finally, we could file for Adjustment of Status (I485) which is the last step of the USA permanent resident application. After a few enquiries, I was informed by USICS that my Adjustment of Status (I485) is pending due to FBI name check. I am sending this note requesting your kind assistance in resolving my pending name check at FBI with regards to my adjustment of status with USCIS.

I have never involved in any criminal/unlawful activities either in the USA or in my home country. Since my first visit to USA I have maintained my legal status throughout. In spite of these facts, my security check has been pending with FBI.
