xiaobaitu and pjiang, I-130 鱼蠢问题, please help!

父母曾来美１０次探亲和工作， 这次老妈无故被锯 （老爸获签 ），只好替他们申请GC。第一次自几添写移民表格，十分紧张。很多鱼蠢问题，请见谅。

I-130 添表问题
1. section B, 第１３项, ‘certification No.’ is the number on the upper right corner of the naturalization certificate, it's not the 'CJS Registration No.'. right? the 'CJS Registration No. is also on the upper right corner, it looks like my old A#.

2. section B 第１0 项, A#, now that I’m a citizen, should I still fill this out?

3. for my birth certificate, should I use my ‘出生公证’?

4. for this first step of application for my parents living in China now, I will only need I-130/ea, my birth certificate, their marriage certificate. Is this right?
