just contact with the AUSA who take care of your case, he/she know how to move forward. Typically the Court want both parties chance to solve the case before hearing, and if the AUSA can't push forward for adjudication of your case, he/she will ask for hearing or submit whatever they plan to do, eg. submit MTD, or ask for extension.
