Anyone knows how long it takes

to get the physical green card?

I got this message on the immigration web on my case,


"On April 2, 2002, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made."

But this has taken more than 2 years, still didn't recieve the card. I had my passport stamped twice already. What should I do?
