Was I-131 sent to my own address or lawyer's address?

My I-131 was approved on Nov.13, but I still not receive the mails. Was I-131 sent to my lawyer's address? My lawyer has move to the new address, in this case, what can I do?
Please give me suggestion. Thanks!
