十万火急！！！绿卡冤案！！！

有个朋友刚刚收到通知，他的绿卡申请被拒绝，原因是移民局说他没去做finger print! 认为他abandon case!!!!

事实上他去了，但移民局自己内部出错！！！

各位大侠有无什么好建议？？
