My wife 485 alsorejected twice

My case submitted to NSC and then transfered to CSC. My daughter and I got receipts from CSC on Sept 24 and transfer our case to TSC. My wife case was rejected because wrong check(but my lawyer think check is right). My lawyer resubmitted it to TSC with new fee and rejected again because PD is not current. And then resent to Supervisor at TSC on OCt 30 and still waiting for receipts.
