我个人经历供您参考: J1一旦豁免,J2自动豁免...

我本人去年办理J1豁免时，我家人尚在国内还没有来美国(既然他们当时尚在国内，因此我当时申请J1豁免时，就压根没能提供他们的任何信息)。后来豁免了，他们才持J2来美国。今年我转H1-B、我家人转H4、以及后来递交I-485等等都没有问题。

所以我的个人经历说明，J1一旦豁免,J2是自动豁免的。
