Can/Show I miss fingerprint appointment

Hello,
My wife and I filed 140/485 in August with her labor(EB2, March 2007), and we received fingerprint appointment scheduled for late Novemeber. But recently my labor was approved by backlogcenter. Since my case has much earlier priority date, we decided to file another 485 based on my PD.

My questions are :
(1) Should we or can we ignore the current fingerprint appointment?
(2) If we don't show up in fingerprint apointment time, will it have negative effect to approval of my second 485 in the future?
(3) If we don't show up, do I need to notify USCIS? and how?
