Ugent Help on TN Visa

I'm a Canadian citizen, and just got a US job offer today. Its title is Senior Programmer Analyst. The company does not want to change it to Senior System Analyst in order for me to get TN visa easily because it is a large company. Is it possible to get a TN visa with this title. Or any help/suggestion, Please!
