A friend in Massachusetts told me that his name check was pending for 3 years and He was very upset. He hired a lawyer and filed a lawsuit of WOM. He won the case.
USCIS and FBI's directors know that this is not right to keep GC applicant's case on hold for NC, but they are inert and irresponsible and does not want to do anything about.
Take your legal weapon and force them to do their work. They are taking salaries from the taxes we paid. We ahve a right.
