Card production ordered

Yesterday my 485 online status changed to "Card production ordered. On November 15, 2007, we ordered production of your new card..." So I think I should get my GC soon. It's finally my turn. But my wife's case still pending.

Here is the details of my case:

self-filed NIW-140/485 RD 9/26/2005 VSC
EB1B-140 RD 11/2005 VSC
FP 12/2005
EB1B-140 approved 4/2006 (then I requested multiple times to relink/interfile 485 to this approved 140 but never got a response)
NIW 140 approved 03/11/2007 (After 1.5 years)
3/2007 485 transferred to TSC
8/2007 a couple of LUD, no further notice

Contacted congressman and senator but the results are useless.
mailed to 1st lady last month but no repsonse
tried to relink/interfile several times but don't know if it works at all
Called TSC serveral times lately and got totally different answers. Some say my NC is cleared but some say NC still pending..
