有两种方法：

1）通过infopass，需要你本人去local office查询。

2）通过打电话，这种方法也许最省事。下面是一个july filer背景调查已经clear的网友，介绍的打电话方法，不妨试试：

如何通过打电话查你的Name Check?

1) Call 1-800-3755283, then 1-2-2-6-1, then 1 (input your I-485 case no.), after getting your status (be patient here), 3-4, you will be directed to IO
in TSC or NSC.

2) if you hear "No Immigration Officer available", try again.

3) If you do not get this, the system will ask you to wait, very often 20-30min, talk to the person, give him/her case number, then ask about name check status, you will find out.
